Autotune had a successful race week out in Monterey, California last week. Long time Autotune customer Ray Boissoneau was competing at the Rolex Historic Week with his Autotune rebuilt McLaren M1B and his beautiful 1957 Indy Roadster.

After a dificult first race weekend when a broken timing gear ended the McLaren’s race early, Anthony Taylor rebuilt the Chevy engine along with well known Californian race engine builder Bob Slade. The engine was then refitted in the car for Ray to compete in the Can-Am feature race of the main race weekend.

Ray had a great race, and thoroughly enjoyed dicing with a Simoniz Lola T70 spyder, diving ahead on the last lap to finish a great race weekend.
